Lead·Her was founded to inspire, support and empower female dentists in Scotland through personal and professional development, networking opportunities and a strong focus on personal health and wellbeing in community.
As a mum to two young children, juggling motherhood with my career ambitions, it has never been more important to understand how valuable financial, physical and mental wellbeing truly is. I wish I had access to this kind of support years ago. That's exactly why I created this event.
